SHIPPING POLICY
At hypenation.nl, one of our main goals is to focus on high-quality & secure shipping options – so that our customers can sit back and relax until they enjoy our products at home with their loved ones.
To ensure that we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we have chosen to ship the products directly from the supplier to you. This way, we can save significantly on storage, transportation, and packaging costs, allowing us to offer you the products at a fair price.
Because we ship directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 5 to 12 business days to the Netherlands and Belgium.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time consists of two key components:

2) Delivery time (depending on the destination)
4 - 11 business days

The delivery time is calculated from the pickup at our international transport center to the desired destination and may vary accordingly, depending on the delivery destination.
All delivery times above exclude customs and associated delays. Delays may occur during peak demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar special promotions.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders are shipped completely FREE of charge.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once the package has been packed, it is handed over to our transport company, and you will receive a tracking email.
For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, the order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.
You can check the status of your package at any time on the Track Your Order page.

Defective product?
That’s unfortunate! Unfortunately, your product may get damaged during transport. In such cases, we always send a new package free of charge the first time, but we cannot process a refund. If the product arrives defective a second time, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Lost package?
In the event that a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with any other solution.
Refund and return policy
Import duties: In some cases, customs may inspect the package being delivered to you. Unfortunately, due to legislation changes as of July 1, 2021, we have no influence over this. In some cases, customs may charge a small amount for import duties. However, this happens in only 1% of cases. Are customs fees charged? Please contact us.
Delivery when not home or at the post office
If a package is delivered at the door or handed over to a post office, Sorandi has already incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct €8.95 from the refund amount.

WHY IS MY PACKAGE TRACKING NOT WORKING?
In some cases, the transport company may need 1-2 business days to update the location of the package. We ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.
