What are the shipping costs?
We will bear the shipping costs of the order.
When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is 10-12 working days. Our products are sent directly to you from the supplier. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than our competitors and pay the shipping costs ourselves.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:
I am missing a number of products in my order, how is that possible?
Because we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. After that, unfortunately, the return period expires. For the fastest resolution, please email us with a photo showing the damaged part of the item. The most optimal photos are on a flat surface where the label and defect can be clearly seen. We will use this information to help you with your order and to prevent errors in the future. For defects, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? I want to cancel a placed order, what should I do?
Our orders are stopped after 30 minutes in the processing process and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible after that. Our system is fully automated with our suppliers, so the shipment of the placed order can no longer be stopped. Upon receipt of your order, the product can always be returned within 14 days of receipt.
I want to return an item, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and labels. The product must not show any signs of use. A return shipment must always have a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping. Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days. If you wish to report a return, you must send an email to info@hypenation.nl. You will then receive further information about how to return.
